Honoring Our Veterans at Austin Elementary

Dear Austin Families,

Veterans Day is approaching in just a few short weeks. We are looking forward to having a celebration for all of our Austin family veterans on November 10, 2023.

We would love to invite veterans in your family or extended family to attend our Austin Veterans Day Assembly. During the celebration, we will honor the in-person veterans that attend. We will also honor those who cannot attend by hanging their photo and service information. If you or someone in your family is a veteran, please complete the attached form and send your photo by Wednesday, November 8th. We would be honored to hang your service information and photo whether you can attend the celebration or not.

If you are able to join us on November 10th, please RSVP for the Austin Veterans Day Assembly by November 8th, 2023 by going to tinyurl.com/AustinVeterans23. You can also obtain a copy of the Honored Veterans Template there as well. The assembly will be held on November 10th at 8:00am. Please arrive by 7:45am to allow time for parking and signing in at the office. We will have a breakfast reception for our Veterans following the assembly.
