Champions of Character Assembly: 

Next Thursday, May 9th, Austin will have a very special assembly called Champions of Character. This program uses dogs to teach about responsibility, discipline, and teamwork! The students will be watching the assembly from the bleachers in the gym and will not have direct interaction with the dogs. However, if your child has a significant dog allergy or any other reason that necessitates an alternative activity during the assembly, please contact Miss McFarling at jmcfarling@coppellisd.com. Kindly note that this assembly is exclusively for the students.

Field Day Lunches: 

Austin Elementary Field Day 2024 is coming up on Friday, May 17 - we have some exciting activities planned for the learners!  Part of Field Day includes all learners eating lunch in their classrooms from 11:20am-12:10pm.  Learners have the option to bring their own lunch from home, or they can purchase a sack lunch (PB&J or turkey & cheese sandwich) from the cafeteria - the sack lunch will be priced at the typical lunch pricing, which can be found here.

Please fill out the form below before Wednesday, May 8 to let us know if your learner plans to purchase a sack lunch during Field Day so that we can best prepare for the day.  Thank you!
